Not only is this the first time Minecraft is coming to Game Pass on PC (it’s already available for Game Pass on console), but this is the first time the Bedrock and Java editions are being bundled together in a single launcher. New Line Cinema is officially reteaming with director Simon McQuoid on the Mortal Kombat film franchise’s next sequel, according to Deadline. McQuoid will direct a script from Jeremy Slater (Moon Knight).

Greg Russo, who penned the original, said back in April 2021 shortly after Mortal Kombat came out that a sequel’s focus would be obvious since his movie necessarily left out entire realms due only to limited run time. A NASCAR driver used a trick he learned playing a 2005 NASCAR video game for GameCube to pull off an incredible last-lap maneuver to secure himself a spot in the Championship Finals. Driver Ross Chastain, 29, cranked his car into fifth gear, slammed it into the wall, and ended up passing multiple drivers on his way to finishing fourth at Sunday’s 500-lap Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway.
